This month marks 2-years for my Hot Springs Vanguard. I'd have to say I doubt there is an easier to maintain spa anywhere out there, though this is the only one I've ever owned......
We had problems last year with the side panels warping...the dealer sent guys out here 3 times. Once with the wrong color, the second time replaced but they still were not sitting flat but the 3rd time it was fixed. As far as function, the thing kicks butt, and feels like it did the first day. We have had no regrets with our HS Vanguard.
