Freezing rain coming turning tub to 104
« on: February 21, 2008, 07:27:03 pm »
We are expecting a few hours of freezing rain tonight. The last time this happened we had widespread power outages.  Ours was out 48 hours.   I think our tub was at 102 that day, or maybe cooler as we were planning on going out of town.  2 days later when the power came back on, it was still at 95.   I decided to put it at 104, as that might give me a couple extra days of freezing protection.

Good advise, I will keep that in mind.  Hoping for some warmer weather here SOON...

So what happened?

Did you loose any power?  We don't get much freezing rain up here, but when we do, it causes all sorts of problems.  Luckily many of the utility lines around here are below ground.
