Our friend D/C is back. Anyone interested in starting a pool to see if and when he pulls the trigger?

I'll take January '06.....

Considering the drastic dealer price increase of the Cameo this year.  I don’t expect him to buy a 2005 Cameo.  He may get a 2004 leftover.

Ok so what block do you want in for? March? April? Should we break it into weeks?

Well, first we must lay some ground rules.  The date we are talking about is it delivery date or purchase date of the spa?

I thought we would do it by year not by month or week.

I can’t see him doing it in the next year.

I don't believe D&C will buy a tub. I think that looking for an expensive tub to fall into his/her lap for a ridiculously low price will never happen. If D&C would just set his/her sites lower then maybe ... but as others have said wait till he/she sees the increased prices. I guess D&C never learned about the supply and demand principle.

Although there is a Vita dealer here in NJ that has on their website some new older tubs for sale. I guess they can't sell them so maybe something like that can happen.  Maybe some of you have a 3 to 4 year old tub laying around in the back collecting dust that you forgot about.

I say he and Renldo2000 end up buying a kiddies pool. ;D

D/C won't own a spa this year or anytime soon so I'm going with Autoplay's guess of 2008 but I say January 12.

I thought this could use a "Chas like" bump (not to be confused with a Hunchback of ND bump)  His last post was the day before Steve's last post in this topic.  I checked and his first message came May 24th of 2004. We will have to have some sort of celebration on the one year anniversary of his quest.

No, I guess being the token Italian here (or at least the token Italian with a Italian name) is over - LOL!

I'm going to say never, especially since virtually all of the spa manufaturers have incured price increases this year
