Thanks Chad.....

Yeah someone in here....I think it may have been Bonibelle.....suggested I go
with a Mocha color next time......I am color blind so I did not choose a very
good color on my first cover......this time I said "give something as close to
mocha as you have
".

It does look much better and matches my steps better too.

If that was you Bonibelle....thanks for the great advice.

I made the mistake of walking on my cover early on and it was never really
the same after that....so I decided to get the right color and get rid of the
one I had damaged by walking on it.

That's nice looking cover Zep. Is that a Cal Spa OEM cover or did you buy it from Doc?

I want to get in the spa business so I can surf the internet and use Photoshop all day long.

It's not mine.
If you can't sell it on eBay, it may not even qualify as landfill.

Retired (mostly) from the industry after 33 years...but still putzing around with a consumer information website, and trying to sell obsolete owners manuals

Gombo - You have a crack in the cover foam on the control side. Open it up and I think you'll find I'm right.

Puddles that small will not harm the cover, thought they can make water stains. 303 will help minimize the water staining and make it easier to clean them off if they do form.

Mine does that, but it is close to ten years old. It was under a patio cover almost since new - I took it on a trade, have had it in full sun for a couple of years, and will be replacing the cover soon.

If my new cover holds water like the old one, I will be sending it back for a replacement.
