Steve.... hope you don't sleep on a matress... you should see the dead skin cells you are inhaling ...while you sleep... yum! and they haven't been chlorinated!  As I stated above I ran it again after.... do you realize how hot the dishwasher gets??? if it didn't.... it would be gross in general! the bacteria that would build just from food that sat!! Think about it.!

I gotta sleep somewhere right so my choices are limited as to what I can do about that!

I dunno...maybe I'm the only one who's actually seen filters being professionally cleaned and the stuff that comes outta them! Kinda makes me wish I took some pictures of the real special ones...

We can "pretty it up" and politely call them skin cells but the reality is that there's all kinds of body fluids, hair, urine, sperm, "poop particles" and so on. But the dishwasher gets hot...you're right and after all, they're only dishes, knives ,forks and such!

 I was also wondering what Steve may be doing with his tub, but I wasn't gonna ask it!

Other than using it for a brothel, a porta potty and washing my dishes in, we also enjoy it for heat and therapy.

Using the dishwasher to clean the filters seems to be a great idea...never thought of doing that.  What do you use as a cleaning agent?  (Surely not dishwashing liquid?!)  Or do you just run the dishwasher with hot water?
