orange light

Hi,

I noticed this evening that my Hot Spring Jetsetter has just the orange light on (as opposed to the green one as well). Can anyone suggest what the problem may be?

Thank you.

My green light only comes on when the water is up to temp.

The green light is only on when the temp of the water is within 2 degrees of the temp you set on the control panel. If the green light is not on then your water temp is at least 2 degrees cooler than the temp you set or at least 2 degrees warmer.

Hot springs spas have 6 offical light colors.  Blue, bluegreen, green, translusent, amber, red.  You can also make it pink if you stop the process between red and blue.  It can also be called violet.
Their is no orange.

Expert, I believe they were referring to the Outside Control Panel light--not the colored shell light.

I think we may need to limit people's use of the word "expert" in their username from now on! ;)

First the place I  bought the tub from told me to shut off the electricity and see what happens. I did and nothing happened. Then he told me to press the reset button on the heater. After staring at the thing for 30 minutes I called him. He asked what the heater looked like and then said, oh that one doesn't have a reset button. To his credit he did come out in the snow and fix it that day. Now I just have to shovel it out...

Wow!  No disrespect meant, but,  most people have to earn respect.  It takes awhile to earn respect.  Anyone can come in here and claim to be an expert.  Its the responses given over a period of time that will help you earn that respect.
