Here's a pic from today of our ice storm.  Now I wish I was in Florida!!  Hopefully we won't lose our electricity.....

Be careful of putting a cover on the lifter after an icestorm like that.  The cover puts on a lot of weight that way.

Although I personally find the term "Tiki" to be somewhat offensive towards Polynesian/Pacific Islanders (much in the way Asians would be offended by the term "Oriental"), it was a humorous quip!

After I pulled the cover back, I wondered that.  Hope I didn't do any damage to it.  Next time I'll have to get the ice off before I use the cover lifter.
