My Tub is Overheating
« on: September 23, 2007, 10:41:17 pm »
My D1 Diplomat hot tub keeps setting itself to 104F. When it does, it won't let me lower the temperature...it just counts right back up and sets the temp to 104F.

After several hours it will allow me to lower the temperature, however, as soon as I use it the same thing happens again. The repair guy has been here twice and has yet to fix it.

Any ideas as to what the problem is. The tub is still under warranty and I just want to get it fixed!!!

Thanks,

Mike

Sound like you may have to do some footwork on your own.  Try calling D1 to get their advise and then pass it on to your dealer.  Sounds backwards and you really shouldn't have to do it but it may help

I have the same problem with a D1 Seville. The control pad was replaced and it worked for a while then the problem reappeared. Did yours get fixed for good?
