We had a floor model bullfrog hot tub bought, and the salesman called and told us it had a small crack in it and they couldn't sell it to us. They offered us a better unit for the same price, and we will get it next week. Now that is a great dealer! We appreciated his honesty, and anxiously await it's delivery! Brook
