Will do Bart.  I enjoyed looking at your tubs and appreciated your time.  I took one last soak in yours and one last in the jacuzzi, and decided that the the J-365 was "the tub".  Nonetheless, your low pressure approach as well as your decision to only sell your product and not bash the others was appreciated.  My Jacuzzi rep took the same approach.

Gonna come by to get one of those filter cleaning nozzles to attach to the hose soon.

I'm assuming bartboy was from the HS dealership?

Solo, have you read "What is the "Dichlor Dosing - Vermonter Style" under the FAQ section at Doc's site? If not, it's good reading.

No, bartboy is a bullfrog dealer.  I took one last soak in the Hotsprings Envoy, decided that it was not the spa for me, then went on over to the Bullfrog dealer one last time beofre heading to the Jacuzzi dealer to make my deal.  I was leaning towards to the Jacuzzi at that point, but just wanted to be sure.  So I sat in the Bullfrog a second time and spoke to Bart one last time.

As I stated in another thread, we have 1000's of customers using Nature2 and MPS with each soak, shocking with chlorine. :)

Solo,

   Congrats on the tub!

Here's a chemical routine that was posted by someone else when I first asked the same question

Per Use                     add one teaspoon of dichlor per person after each use
Thursday                   Shock tub with MPS
Saturday                   Rinse filters with garden hose
Sunday                     Test water for chlorine, pH and alkalinity adjust as necessary

Monthly                     Clean filters in a commercial filter cleaner
303 the surface of your cover

Tri Monthly                Drain spa and clean all surfaces and refill

That's it in a nutshell

Enjoy your new tub
