I thought those had to be at least 5 feet away. Maybe the code is different by you.

The NEC (National Electric Code) applys to everywhere in this fine country. If you live in the sticks it still applys. But hey nice set up, it just won't pass inspection so no biggy. Unless your selling soon.

Hey Runner -- your spa looks GREAT -- just like mine!! Although I only have a heritage I -- fewer jets but identical otherwise -- I posted some pictures around June 30 I think. You can look at my profile and look at my last 20 posts or so for some pictures of the hot tub (and me and my wife!)
You will enjoy it -- the only problem I have had is with a couple of lights not working correctly. Watsons (the place I purchased it) will be out soon to fix them.
