I've had better soaks

First soak after getting back from vacation, take the cover off and I forgot I had dropped the temp to 95. Let it run for a while with temp turned up, jump in at 99. One of the "spinning" jets isn't, feel it and it seems loose. Check further and there is a pile of ball bearings in the seat, this can't be good.

Took the jet out, gonna take to the dealer and hope for the best. Both diverter handles are cracked so I'll try to get it all in one trip. I really hope I got all the ball bearings, they are small but can't be good for the pumps if they make their way into the plumbing.

Update: Just called spa dealer, the jets are one year warranty only but they are only 9 bucks. The diverter handles are two bucks each. I will pick up spares of each.

I have eight jets with ball bearings in my spa.  I expected them to go at about two years.  Sitll going strong at five.  I have spares in anticipation.
