Holes in cover
« on: August 22, 2007, 06:57:00 pm »
Anyone know of a fitted cover that goes on top of the cover, there are couple of small holes on the cover and every time it rains water gets in and i have to open the zipper and let the water out. Was quoted $600 for a new cover from B & B spas in NY. I don't want to spend that much on a new cover. Any ideas?

Try WalMart for a vinyl patch kit. Also, auto supply stores have kits to repair splits, holes, and tears in leather and vinyl. Make sure you follow the directions. A clean surface is necessary to get a good bond. Do make sure the interior is dry before using the patch kit. I hope this helps.

If you cover your cover with a cover to protect your cover, wont you need yet another cover to cover the cover that's covering the cover to protect it?

Walmart, automotive section, vinyl repair kit, about $10
If you can't sell it on eBay, it may not even qualify as landfill.
