I'm sure my replies on this thread may come across as somewhat self-assured (intentionally so in response to Steve's smarminess in his first post), but in all reality, we do take very good care of our customers.  We're happy, they're happy, it doesn't really matter what anyone else thinks about it.  I hope all of ya'll are happy with your dealers and that they take good care of you.

Beyond that, I don't really understand why anyone would care how we do business, but it seems like it aggravates Steve.  Well.....I'm sorry it upsets you.

Oh...and for the record.... my hair is nicer than yours and I don't know of ANYONE in the ENTIRE WORLD who has better produts than ME! MUHAHA...   Then again...my knowledge is only limited to this one distributor... Ah well....   It sounds good when I say it and I don't need to back it with fact 'er nutin cause that's what the boys (ummmm, Girls) at head office told me and they would NEVER lie to me for the sake of a sale.

Nope, statement of fact.  I enjoy this forum, I do learn a lot (something new nearly everyday), I like just about everybody (in a virtual fashion), but I can't seem to find out why a person has to put a sealant on their spa shell and you can't seem to find out when (or if) HotSpring will ever put Caldera neck jets in their spa.  It's flustrating.

You're too kind...but I'd say the best dealers on this forum are Chas and Mendo...Chas because he helps out so many people with no thought of reward and Mendo because he is always fair, modest, and tries very hard to remain as neutral as possible.

Good Ol' JMcD used to be pretty good, but he seemed to grow exasperated and weary.  Folks do get weary, sometimes dreary, but he was mostly weary, I fear.

Stuart does a good job, he has a lot of experience.  Then he went and hired that no good Croc hoarder and that dropped him a nad or two.

I love your "undercover brother" thread. it made me want to sell hot spring or any other great brand of spa.

Term! dont get yourself involed with the "jim" crap. you are way better then that and your customers and i know this.

I strongly agree and would ad yourself to that list also. I say we old geezers form our own company and kick royal but out there! Jim and Snady could deliver our spas for us!

HotSpring spas do have neck jets. They just don't put them above the water. They are near the waterline, and jet parallel to the water's surface for less noise and splashiness. Some folks like 'em, other want them higher. There's a place in this world for all types of neck-jet lovers, I always say.
