Has any one seen this?  Looks like you could get any design on your spa cabinet you wanted.  I wonder how much it costs?

Seems like a quite roll out too by Artic (offering it on thier budget line).

I could see HUGE markting in it.  They're already putting hot tubs in night clubs and such to promote drinks. I can see the tub being adorned with custom graphics.   Or used in promotions...."Win the New England Patriots Special Edition Hot Tub"  Or hotels and cruise ships having thier hot tubs decked out with custom graphics.

I'm an Arctic Spa dealer in Breckenridge, CO and would love if one of my customers ordered an Imagine-it-Cabinet like your car picture.

It looks cool but I would be curious to see how a cabinet like that would hold up in the elements.  Arctic seems to be a quality spa for the most part but I have seen the cabinets on the Coyotes and I wasn't too impressed with the hollow, flimsy plastic material they were made out of.  It is my understanding that these spas don't even ship with the cabinets on, the dealers install them to avoid damage to the cabinet in transit.

What you are describing is not the actual cabinet, but an overlay.  It's the same hollow, flimsy plastic material, known as vertical vinyl siding, that is often used on houses.  It has a proven track record of withstanding the elements.  Unlike the stuff attached to your house, the spa panels are easy to remove and replace; this allows simple all-around access to the spa equipment, too.  

The Imagine-It panels are Lexan, which I'm told is commonly used in outdoor signage (perhaps even on your storefront!).  The signs seem to last okay, and the panels seem pretty tough.   Get them with your business logo -- perhaps you can claim your hot tub as an advertising expense?  

The cabinet itself is made of Durathane, which has a 20 year history of being a tough, weatherproof material.  The Durathane is backed by two layers of urethane foam for strength and insulation, with plastic supports for the panels moulded in.  The cabinet is a single piece for sides and bottom, a kind of "unibody" construction.

I am going to guess it's a $600-$1000 option.....

Most won't pay it....but most won't pay for alot of things.
