I have been thoroughly amazed at the quality and performance of this tub. It takes only about 10 minutes per month to keep the water sparkling clean. They allowed me one month to swap out jets and get it set how I like it at no charge. It is costing me only about $14/month cdn. to operate it and I use it for approx. 20 min every day. They were right when they told me it is the best built tub on the market.

I purchased this tub a little over 2 years ago after having researched a tub purchase for more than 6 months. I was amazed at the ignorance, double-talk, conflicting information and general overall sleezy "used car salesman" mentality of most salespeople and dealers. Most could only tell me about the features of their tubs without giving me the benefits of what each offered. I was astounded this was the case on a product that was a relatively expensive purchase and something considered a luxury item. I was also amazed at how difficult it was to get a simple answer from them when it came to price. Most dealers only have one rep in the area so it was impossible to negotiate between them and had to make a decision from one manufacturer to another.
I finally choose Royal because of I felt most comfortable with the dealer and wanted to know that if anything should ever go wrong.that they would be there to support their product. It doesn't have a lot of fancy bells and whistles like some of the others but when it gets right down to it.. you don't need them. The tub is built incredibly sound and trust me when I tell you I checked "ALL" of them out. If it ever needs servicing (only once in two years!!)..its very easy to fix and because of type components they use..they're very inexpensive to replace as well. The tub is huge and was a bargain compared to others that I priced. I would recomend not spending the $$ without wet testing any tub. When it got right down to it, this tub was very user friendly for my wife and I when it came to fitting our bodies perfectly. Rusty Honiotes (My Hot Tubs) is an incredible dealer and has been there every step of the way to help. He's always available and has gone out of his way to make sure I've been happy.
As a side note, during my research, I had read a uncomplimentary posting about Royal spas using "old school Technology" and decided to send a note off to them to address what was written. You can imagine my surprise when the president and CEO of Royal personally called me on the phone to speak to me directly. How many manufacturers would do that?? That impressed me so much and definately made a big impact on my decision to purchase this tub. Take the time and check out this company if a dealer is in your area. You will not be disapointed.

This is the cheapest most under engineered spa made ever. I put a down payment on it tried to pull out and couldn't. Please listen to me, run as fast as you can from this product and these people. I owned this spa for 8 months with nothing but problems. I gave it to my son who took it to collage and sold it. You may think I didn't give it a chance, but I did. The customer service was not there and rude to boot.

We bought this spa because they "built" it in Indiana. Come to find out that they only pull the shell and slap on the skirt. The shell blistered and they told me it was chemical damage and that it was my fault? Chemical Damage? How about a cheap shell and cheap fiberglass! Don't buy a spa without a true skimmer filtration, one with a wood skirt. The insulation was fiberglass? The only spa in the world that uses bagged fiberglass for insulation. They told me to go to Lowes to replace my old soggy insulation. Closed cell full foam is the way to go. Buy a quality spa like HotSpring, Sundance, Jucuzzi, or any of the other National Manufacturers. Steer clear of these mom & pop spa assemblers. Pure JUNK!
